Frequently asked

Is the carat total accurate?
Stone size is measured from the photo against the bracelet width, or taken from a certificate; count comes from the length. The report labels which is which.
Why is the lab-grown price so much lower?
Lab-grown melee and small rounds trade at a small fraction of natural, and hold little resale. The estimate shows both origins so the difference is explicit.
Can I export the CAD?
Yes: STL / OBJ / GLB exports of the assembled bracelet, segment by segment.
