AI Architect
An AI house designer that edits the actual model.
Describe changes in plain language. The AI emits validated operations on a structured model, never a regenerated picture, so your home stays consistent from wall to render.
“Open the kitchen into the living room”, “put a king-size bed here”, “make the balcony Mediterranean”.
Save versions and design directions, compare before/after, restore any state.
Estimated dimensions are labelled and can be corrected in one click.
How it works
- 1Upload your plan
JPG, PNG, PDF or a photo of a printed plan. Hand sketches work too.
- 2AI reads the drawing
Walls, rooms, doors, windows, stairs and fixtures are extracted into a structured house schema, not an image.
- 3Confirm one dimension
If the plan has no readable scale we ask for a single known measurement instead of guessing.
- 4Explore and edit
Orbit, switch to the 2D plan, walk through at eye level and talk to the AI: “remove this wall”, “white marble floors”.
- 5Render and export
Photoreal HD/4K renders, before/after comparisons and GLB/OBJ exports for other tools.
Every request becomes a set of structured operations, checked against a strict schema and the current model before anything moves. Unsafe or ambiguous requests result in a question instead of a guess.
Styles and materials
Choose from curated palettes such as Scandinavian, Japandi, industrial, Mediterranean and dark luxury, or pick individual materials: oak, walnut, travertine, Carrara marble, terracotta, brushed brass and more.
Frequently asked
- Does it work with hand sketches?
- Yes. Sketches produce a rougher model; a dimension label or one known measurement makes it accurate.
- Can I edit the walls myself?
- Yes. Select any wall, room, door or window in 3D or on the 2D plan and change it in the properties panel, or ask the AI.
- Is my floor plan private?
- Projects are private by default and never indexed. You can create a public link, and delete everything at any time.
