Shelving and bookcase from photos to editable 3D

Shelving is a grid with rules about span and depth. Upload photos, set the wall size, and adjust bays and shelf spacing so that nothing sags and every book fits.

The numbers that matter

Depth
25 cm for paperbacks, 30–35 cm for hardbacks and binders, 40 cm for records and display.
Span
Under 80 cm per bay in 18 mm board; 100 cm needs 25 mm or a front lip.
Spacing
28–32 cm between shelves for books; 40 cm for boxes; the bottom shelf 10 cm off the floor.
Fixing
Anything over 120 cm tall gets fixed to the wall; the model shows the fixing points.

What the AI extracts

  • Structural parts (top, legs, panels, cushions, handles) as separate editable objects
  • Overall and per-part dimensions once one measurement is confirmed
  • Materials and finishes per part, changeable by talking
  • Variants: longer, wider, different legs, matching pieces
  • Studio renders and GLB / OBJ / STL exports

Things you can say

  • Make it 240 wide and 220 tall with five bays
  • Space the shelves 32 cm apart
  • Change to white lacquer
  • Put it on the wall opposite the window
